Last Saturday I headed down the road to Mornington and surrounding areas to photograph the lovely Shona and Paul’s Mornington Peninsula wedding at the light and airy St Macartan’s church. We followed up with photos at the pier and beach (yep, it was bright out there!), and then back to the beautiful Royal Hotel for a cosy and intimate reception, with a couple of special guest performers and some great food and drinks.
Shona, I know you’ve been waiting so long to see these shots – hope you love them as much as I enjoyed working with you all.
Last Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing Kim and Dave’s Avalon Castle Wedding. It had been a fairly recent and express booking for me – boy have these guys had a heck of a year – moving, houses, babies on the way, and then a Castle wedding added into the mix!
We had a fairly short preparations session with the guys, and then on to photograph beautiful bride Kim and her lovely bridesmaids get ready at Mum and Dad’s place, also up on the mountain.
Awesome couple, friendly venue, lots of classic cars, and a cracking Melbourne Spring day to do it all on – what’s not to like?
Thanks for being great to work with Kim and Dave – hope you had a brilliant day and hope these shots make you smile 🙂
Joanne and Steve celebrated their big day with lots of family and friends at a Wild Cattle Creek winery wedding in Melbourne’s Yarra Valley.
I caught up with Steve as they guys arrived at the ceremony venue, as they had on site the night before, and we had a chance to have a quick chat before guests started arriving.
Then it was time for Joanne to arrive, in a specially kitted out Commodore Limo – this was a surprise to me, but it was a huge hit with the guests (not to mention the groom and groomsmen!).
After a sweet ceremony, we had an express photo shoot around the beautiful Wild Cattle Creek property, and then in to the reception for some canapes and drinks – what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon?
Congratulations Joanne and Steve, hope you had an amazing day 🙂
