Last Friday the big day arrived for Caitlin and Ben, and I finally got the chance to photograph Caitlin and Ben’s Chateau Wyuna garden wedding. I say finally because they’ve been in my calendar for more than a year – it was hard to believe that the day had finally arrived 🙂
On a beautiful and typically changeable Autumn Melbourne Saturday in April 2017, Cassandre and Alex celebrated their love and tied the knot at their Bram Leigh Receptions wedding. With the ceremony taking place in the sweet little chapel, friends and family filled every bit of space to see Cassie and Alex married.
Preparations were at a family home for Alex and the groomsmen, while Cassie got ready with the girls and her lovely family at a cute B&B nearby.
Then it was on to Bram Leigh Receptions for the ceremony, photos and the extremely upbeat reception. And when you’re a former national champion Dancesport star, how could you leave out an awesome choreographed first dance with Dad. Dad definitely had some moves – I haven’t actually asked Alex about this, but seeing what Cassie and her Dad did on the dancefloor, personally I would have wanted to stay on the sidelines! I’m not sure he was even in on the dance though, because as soon as it was over it was awesome to see him jump to his feet and congratulate them on the great performance.
Congratulations again Cassandre and Alex – hope you like the shots! 🙂

Late in March 2017, I was lucky enough to be asked to capture Andrea and Oliver’s Quat Quatta wedding.
Starting with very early preparations for the guys – it was still very dark outside! – followed by heading over to Kew where Andrea and the girls were getting ready at home.
We did a bit of a switch on the timings – Andrea and Oliver didn’t want to spend too much time away from their guests who’d come from all around the world, so we waited until after the reception to head off with the bridal party to some very celexa side effects breast tenderness Melbourne locations.
Thanks again, and congratulations again, Andrea and Oliver – it was awesome to be able to capture your big day.

After the reception, we headed out to a few traditional Melbourne locations – Vic Barracks, Fitzroy Gardens, Parliament House and wrapped up with a couple of shots from a secret location.
