It was a beautiful September Sunday for Khya and Kevin’s wedding at their church hall in St. Albans, and then on to The Gables Malvern for photos and their reception.
It was a fairly early start being a 12.30pm wedding, so it was great tto catch up with Kevin and the guys at their hotel, not far away from where the girls were getting ready. Being 9.30am I reckon the guys were doing pretty well to be so ready – breakfasted, showered and shaved, and ready to go!
Then it was on to see Khya and her beautiful bridesmaids at their place. The first thing to photograph was the beautiful dress with it’s long row of button, along withthe rest of the jewellery, perfume and of course the gorgeous flowers, including a couple of centrepieces for the church and the tables at the reception.
I met up with the guys at the church hall, and after a traditional, heartfelt and moving ceremony, it was on to get some shots at home with Khya’s grandma and family. But not before a special surprise gift of a vintage Jag for the afternoon 🙂 And finishing up with more shots at the Gables in leafy Malvern (well, not so leafy just yet the tree-lined streets are still pretty cool for some street-shots though).
Congratulations Khya and Kevin – loved working for you on your big day, hope you love this preview!
