In early November 2016, Nina and Brad tied the knot, celebrating their long-awaited wedding at beautiful Wild Cattle Creek winery.
With everyone getting ready at the venue, it was a snap to photograph the guys’ preparations and then just pop down the hill to where the girls were finishing hair and makeup in the accommodation on site.
Hope you enjoy the shots Nina and Brad – Congratulations again!

What an absolute cutie little E was, and super well-behaved the whole day. In fact, all the kids did brilliantly throughout the day. -

Special request – something we always try for anyway – the expressions of Groom Brad when his beautiful bride turned the corner … here’s the anticipation … -

… and here’s the further reaction. Gotta love that smile. -

Well done Nina on keeping it together that long – after you were welling up during the preparations, I wasn’t sure you’d make it down the aisle without losing some makeup :p -

This is probably my favourite shot from the day. Nearly broke my neck getting into position to get it, but it was fun capturing those two amazing people amongst that sea of vines. -

The ceremony was conducted by the lovely Bianca Paliaga – http://biancapaliaga.com/ . You can also find Bianca as one of the awesome team at The Modern Celebrants.
The ever-reliable and friendly Shannon from Music with Memories spun the tunes and acted as MC – check him out on his facebook page here – https://www.facebook.com/musicwithmemories.com.au/
A little more about Wild Cattle Creek …
Situated on the Warburton Highway just 45 minutes from Melbourne, Wild Cattle Creek winery is really at the gateway to the Yarra Valley. With stunning views of the vineyard and nearby mountains from the deck and dining room, there really isn’t a bad view to be had.
There’s also a really beautiful little gazebo for outdoor weddings, and a great indoor option if Melbourne’s weather is, well, Melbourne-ish :p
I love shooting at Wild Cattle Creek – there are so many different looks and options on the property, including the lake, within just a few minutes’ walk of each other, meaning we can make the most of photography time before kicking off the reception.
It’s also super-handy that there’s plenty of boutique accommodation on-site, meaning that bride and groom (and plenty of guests) can all stay at the venue itself (although there are also lots of B&B’s close by. The homestead itself is absolutely beautiful and a great spot for some pre-wedding shots as well as bridal party shots post-ceremony.
Wild Cattle Creek winery really is one of our favourites and hopefully, these galleries do it some justice 🙂
Hey, thanks Jessica – much appreciated 🙂
